Islamabad (NNI) Islamabad High Court has released the details of Imran Khan's non-appearance in its written decision on the request to cancel the non-bailable warrant, according to which Imran Khan did not appear for 7 consecutive times in the Tosha Khana case.

According to the written decision, Imran Khan is continuously violating the constitution, he has not appeared in the court even once since 15 December 2022. The court said that if Imran Khan does not appear before the court on March 13, the arrest warrant will be renewed. May be restored. It should be noted that Islamabad High Court suspended the arrest warrant of Imran Khan yesterday while passing judgment on the request of session court to cancel the ongoing non-bailable warrant of Imran Khan in the Tosha Khana case. اسلام آباد (این این آئی) اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے ناقابل ضمانت وارنٹ گرفتاری منسوخ کرنے کی درخواست پر اپنے تحریری فیصلے میں عمران خان کی عدم پیشی کی تفصیلات جاری کر دیں جس کے مطابق توشہ خانہ کیس میں عمران خان مسلسل 7 مرتبہ پیش نہیں ہوئے۔

تحریری فیصلے کے مطابق عمران خان مسلسل آئین کی خلاف ورزی کر رہے ہیں، وہ 15 دسمبر 2022 سے ایک بار بھی عدالت میں پیش نہیں ہوئے۔عدالت نے کہا کہ اگر عمران خان 13 مارچ کو عدالت میں پیش نہ ہوئے تو وارنٹ گرفتاری ہوں گے۔ تجدید شدہ بحال ہو سکتا ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے گزشتہ روز توشہ خانہ کیس میں عمران خان کے جاری ناقابل ضمانت وارنٹ گرفتاری منسوخ کرنے کی سیشن عدالت کی درخواست پر فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے عمران خان کے وارنٹ گرفتاری معطل کردیے تھے۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے عمران خان کو 13 مارچ کو سیشن کورٹ میں پیش ہونے کا حکم دے دیا۔
